At that time, there were certain platform restrictions that made this task quite tough, so during the development we faced two main challenges:

1. Timeline

The major challenge was the timeline. We need to create the complete store including the wireframe and design within 20-days of time.

2. Design

The other challenge was the design. Engagement of Multiple Teams:

We engaged multiple teams working 24-hours a day to meet up with the deadline.

Since we are having a team of 200+ members, it was not a big task for us to engage multiple members.

We assigned a team working on the wireframes and creating them.

The other team was working on the implementation of the design to the Shopify store.

The other team was working on the functionalities that need to be achieved in Shopify as per the design.
