Challenges

At that time, there were certain platform restrictions that made this task quite tough, so during the development we faced two main challenges:

1. Timeline

The major challenge was the migrating the complete data perfectly and in time limit. There were 1000+ products and 30,000+ customers.

2. Design

The other challenge was the design. It needs to be custom designed store as per the mockups. Replatforming Migration:

We started the migration process with step by step procedure. Firstly we did Pre-migration in which we migrated limited data. Second process was the complete migration one week before the launch date.

Third step was migration just one day before going live.
