Store Health Check (“the App”) helps Shopify merchants identify product content, SEO, and catalog issues within their Shopify stores. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
Information We Collect
To provide the App’s functionality, we may access and store the following information:
- Shopify store domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com)
- Product information, including titles, descriptions, SEO fields, images, and image alt text
- Scan results, health scores, issue counts, and scan history
- App usage information necessary to operate and improve the service
- Shopify authentication and session data required for secure access
We do not collect:
- Customer names
- Customer email addresses
- Customer addresses
- Payment information
- Order details
- Customer personal information
How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Generate store health reports
- Identify catalog and SEO issues
- Display scan history and improvement trends
- Improve application functionality
- Provide customer support
Data Retention
Store Health Check retains store-related data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
If the App is uninstalled, associated store data is removed in accordance with Shopify’s data protection requirements.
