By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Store Health Check provides Shopify merchants with:

  • Product content audits
  • SEO health analysis
  • Catalog quality checks
  • Store health scoring
  • Historical scan tracking

The App identifies issues and provides recommendations but does not automatically modify store content.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your Shopify store
  • Ensuring the accuracy of your store data
  • Complying with Shopify’s Terms of Service
  • Maintaining appropriate access permissions

Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, and third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect access.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and functionality associated with Store Health Check remain the property of Wixob unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Store Health Check is provided on an “as-is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages

arising from the use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
